I ventured into the role of real estate broker, elaborating a whole new strategy for the disclosure of a commercial property for rent in Brazil. I have created a website, breaking through new concepts of web design principles oriented to user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, together with adobe programs such as Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. I also produced a series of other materials, such as brochure, business card, banner and sticker, which are all digitally connected to the website through the QR code.

In addition to presenting the general information of the property, photos and virtual tour, I have added 3 important elements: (1) Location and references, (2) Floor plan and areas, and (3) Ideas and inspirations for your business based on trends that are shaping the present and future of real estate. The produced materials not only highlight the potential of the property and its new business possibilities within the context in which the property is located, but also present a harmonious and consistent language that translated well to the client niche that we were looking for.
